TERMS OF USE

Get Your Sax Together Memberships 

This document contains very important information regarding your member rights and obligations, as well as conditions, limitations, and exclusions that might apply to the member. Please read it carefully.

 

Membership: 

The Get Your Sax Together (GYST) Inner Circle Membership is an online subscription-based music school. You will be billed on a recurring basis, for the Inner Circle Membership. You will continue to be billed on a recurring basis until you choose to cancel your membership. If you choose to cancel your membership, please do so at least 3 days prior to your monthly renewal date. 

 

Sign Up: 

Subscribers will be processed immediately, and you will have instant access to the GYST Inner Circle Membership. Should a problem arise during the sign-up process, your subscription will be activated within 24 hours (or as soon as possible). 

 

Refund Policy:

Annual Payment Note: You have a 14-day money back guarantee from the initial date of your purchase. After that, you can cancel the following year's subscription, and you'll have access up until that due date, but there will be no partial year refunds. Email [email protected] if you wish to cancel your yearly subscription.

Monthly Payment Note: You can cancel at any time. Simply email [email protected] if you wish to do this. Your membership will be intact until the date of your next due payment. After that your access will be revoked. No partial months will be refunded if you cancel.

 

Should you not be completely satisfied with your membership at the GYST Inner Circle Membership, we do offer a full refund within three (3) days of the initial purchase. Although we will refund the full monthly fee, we cannot refund any extra charges that you may incur from your bank for currency conversion. Please contact us and we will process your refund. We would appreciate any feedback you could provide on why you were not 100% satisfied. We will take that into consideration as we continue to improve the member experience at the Inner Circle Membership.

 

Payment Dispute: 

You agree that any payment disputes will be resolved directly between us and that you will not use the dispute resolution services of your credit card provider. You agree that if payment is disputed, withheld or otherwise forthcoming, you will have one day (24 hours) to resolve the issue, and if not resolved, your membership will terminate immediately with no further right or obligation existing for either of us.

 

Copyright: 

All videos, PDFs, song arrangements, lesson materials, and backing tracks are the sole property of the GYST Inner Circle Membership. Do not share, copy, resell, or distribute without express written authorization.

 

Username & Password: 

You agree to be the sole user of the username & password you created when joining GYST Inner Circle Membership, and to reasonably protect that username & password. Please notify us if you believe it has been breached or otherwise compromised.

 

Communication Services:

The GYST Inner Circle Membership may contain chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, calendars, blog comment sections and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with other members of the GYST Inner Circle.  You agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the GYST Inner Circle Membership. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using GYST Inner Circle Membership you will not: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information; upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose; harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

 

Use Of Free Downloadable Content:

The GYST Inner Circle Membership provides various resources, which members may access. The GYST Inner Circle Membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our resources provided in as part of your membership (the “Freemium Content”) for your own personal use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Freemium Content in any manner. By downloading the Freemium Content, you agree that the Fremium Content you download may only be used by you for your personal use and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of GYST. By downloading the Freemium Content, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Freemium Content and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Freemium Content.

 

Privacy Policy: 

All payments are processed using Stripe or PayPal. We do not store credit card details. We do not share customer info of any kind, with any 3rd parties. 

 

Changes To the Terms of Use:

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the GYST Inner Circle Membership thereafter. Your continued use of the GYST Inner Circle Membership following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

 

Acknowledgement: 

By using the GYST Inner Circle Membership, you acknowledge that you have read these terms of use and agree to be bound by them.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to alter pricing at any time. You will be informed no less than 1 month in advance.
